        Family Mediation

Separation is a major life change, especially when children are involved. Family mediation offers a structured, neutral space where separating or divorcing parents can work together to resolve parenting issues without going to court.

I help individuals and families reduce conflict, improve communication, and keep the focus on your child’s well-being. Together, we work through important topics like parenting time, holidays, decision-making, and communication strategies.

The goal of mediation is to create a clear, realistic parenting plan that meets the needs of everyone involved—especially your children—while providing supportive guidance every step of the way.

     Parenting Coordination

When conflict continues after a separation, parenting coordination provides ongoing support to help manage disputes and improve communication between co-parents. As a Parenting Coordinator, I help parents:

  • Implement and follow their parenting plan

  • Make day-to-day decisions when they can’t agree

  • Reduce stress and confusion for children caught in the middle

Parenting coordination blends mediation and education, and may include decision-making if needed (in accordance with your agreement or court order).

  Voice of the Child Reports

In high-conflict or complex situations, it’s important that children’s perspectives are heard in a safe and neutral way.

Voice of the Child Reports involve age-appropriate interviews with children, where I help them express their views and experiences related to family changes.

These reports can be shared with parents, lawyers, or the court to support more informed and child-focused decision-making.

Couples & Relationship Counselling

Relationships can be a source of comfort and connection, but they can also bring tension, distance, and repeated conflict. Over time, communication can break down, and it can feel like you’re stuck in the same cycle, unsure how to move forward.

Couples counselling offers a supportive space to pause and reflect — to understand what’s happening between you. The goal is to help each person feel heard, accepted, seen and supported in finding a path that feels better for both of you.

Children and teens often have a hard time expressing what they’re feeling, and their struggles can show up as big emotions, changes in behaviour, or pulling away. Therapy gives them a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on and build skills to cope.

I work with young people dealing with anxiety, emotional regulation, school stress, ADHD, autism, executive functioning challenges, social or behavioural concerns, and life changes like separation or divorce.

Throughout the process, I stay connected with parents and caregivers to ensure support is practical and tailored to your family’s needs, while maintaining the child’s confidentiality and trust.

I am a therapist with a Master’s in Social Work and certification in Family Mediation. I work with children, adults, couples, and families facing challenges like anxiety, ADHD, autism, parenting struggles, relationship issues, and separation. I also offer family mediation, parenting coordination, and Voice of the Child Reports to support families through co-parenting and separation.

Whether you're looking for individual or family support, you'll find a space here to feel heard and understood. My approach is practical, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming. We'll move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.
